The man in the skin-tight suit on the skis is Olympic medallist and FIS World Cup Champion Ryōyū Kobayashi. The location where this world-record-breaking stunt was filmed is in Northern Iceland. 

The eight-minute-long video follows Ryōyū Kobayashi and his team's preparation for the jump but if you find all that a bit boring you can skip ahead to the six-minute mark to get right into the action.
