Back in the day, presidents thought it unstatesmanlike to talk about things like sex and their privates on TV. Now, you see it with relatively unnerving frequency, but in the days of our forefathers, these great leaders would keep a straight face in public, then wait until the cameras were off to discuss things related to their junk.
