Life can get pretty boring over in Iowa. With love and respect to the Hawkeye state, there’s only so much entertainment you can get out of cornfields and cattle shows before you crave literally anything else to pass the time.

That said, these women found a pretty innovative new way to kill a couple of hours. The “Rubber Chicken Throwing Contest” is exactly what it sounds like: a bunch of women take turns throwing a rubber chicken, with the person who can heave the thing the furthest winning the grand prize.

I gotta say, they can throw the thing pretty far.
