The Forbes 30 Under 30 Pipeline to Prison Has Unmatched Scouting – Hits Again With "Real Estate Pioneer"

The Forbes 30 Under 30 list is becoming a reliable predictor for the world's future foremost white collar criminals, and now the 30u30 to prison pipeline has hit on yet another pick.

In 2016, Nate Paul was featured as the founder and CEO of World Class Capital Group, a "real estate investment firm that has built a $1 billion real estate portfolio in 17 states of office buildings." Now, he is bring indicted because he, as prosecutors put it, "repeatedly misstated his financial situation to obtain loans from credit unions and mortgage lenders." Paul is also heavily linked to the impeached Texas attorney general Ken Paxton.

The Twitter account Stonks.com decided to put together a thread of a few of the incarcerated young rising stars.

"Again, congrats to everyone who made the list and we can't wait to see who is next," he joked.

As shocking as the trend is, it makes sense that a list of people highlighted for their uniquely accelerated career paths might be bending the rules.

As @sadahnmo commented, "This just proves a lot of ppl who made it may have cheated, but just didn’t get caught."

If only my favorite sports teams drafted players with 30 Under 30 to prison pipeline levels of accuracy.
