Talk about lighting a match on your way out the door!

Working retail is always a tough job. Between handling nightmarish customers and dealing with often equally nightmarish bosses, it's honestly a wonder more retail workers don't end up insane.

Dealing with all that is bad enough, but when this guy's bosses thought they could get him to hire his own replacement without him realizing it, it was the straw that broke the camel's back and he got back at them by giving them exactly what they wanted. This revenge could probably also work as an example of Malicious Compliance.
