Neighbors come in many different shapes and sizes (or types if you will) though at the highest level, they can be placed into two categories; good neighbors and bad neighbors. A good neighbor can make your home-owning experience an absolute joy, while on the flipside a bad neighbor can make living next to them a literal nightmare.
