This week had plenty of weird stories to go along with a nationwide flu that seemed to infect every child under the age of 15, and every adult over the age of 25. For one, a bull got loose on the rails of the New Jersey transit system, no doubt running with more speed, cleanliness and punctuality than any of the trains. In other travel-related news, Rhode Island's highly traversed Washington Bridge inexplicably closed, causing mass delays and travel chaos for commuters. Taking hours to travel mere miles in some cases, thousands of people were late for work and school. Now, state officials have announced the two lanes will open this weekend after originally projecting a two-week closure.
