Somebody get OSHA on the phone because these workplaces definitely have some health and safety violations going on. From fall risks to unchecked explosives to vehicular negligence, anything can go wrong at these 22 sites.

Recently, an airport worker was injured in Jakarta while working on a Transnusa Airlines plane, when the boarding stairs were removed before the plane's door was closed. The worker fell many feet to the ground and sustained injuries, but luckily none were life-threatening.
